Studio Manager

Claydon Reeves is a dynamic and young design studio based in the New Forest with an office in Kensington, London.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive person to join our team working out of our London office predominantly.

The role is part-time with the possibility to become full-time and would require regular travel to our studio in the New Forest.

This administrational role involves supporting a dedicated team of designers in both offices and will require the management of all office systems, equipment, utilities and insurance.

It will require the organisation and management of all travel arrangements, personnel issues, diary and database management.

The studio is Mac based, so a candidate who is proficient in using this platform is preferable.

The Studio Manager also supports the bookkeeper in carrying out duties with day-to-day company accounting.

Other duties include assisting with the PR and marketing of the studio and events in conjunction with our Sales and Business Development Manager. Experience with marketing and event management would be useful although not essential.

The role will also require a degree of client management and front of house and a minimum of 3 years experience within the superyacht industry or luxury sector is required.

This role is ideal for someone who is able to turn their hand to anything, as each day is different and offers new challenges.
